selectproperty.com carries the whole group, who the business is, the developments it has delivered, the investment case behind them, and the routes into a sales team spread across Manchester, Dubai, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Every campaign eventually points here, which means it has to do the trust-building and the selling in the same visit.
I have owned the creative and technical delivery of this estate rather than handing it over at launch: design, build direction, the CMS structure the marketing team works in daily, and the continuing SEO, schema and performance work. Most of what I know about structured data, Core Web Vitals and search behaviour in this sector came out of running this site over several years rather than from a course.
